Each User is therefore deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. IHM Ahmedabad reserves the right to change the fees as per government directions. Your payment will normally reach the IHM Ahmedabad or Oriental Bank of Commerce, Gandhinagar branch saving account within two – three working days

b. IHM Ahmedabad is not responsible for any delay in receipt of fee payment due to incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. The IHM Ahmedabad also cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/ debit card supplier for any reason.

c. In no event will the IHM Ahmedabad be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and Institute of Hotel Management, Ahmedabad’s. These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the User and Institute of Hotel Management, Ahmedabad’s. A printed version of these Terms and Conditions and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
  • The entries in the books of Institute of Hotel Management, Ahmedabad and/or the Payment Service Providers kept in the ordinary course of business of Institute of Hotel Management, Ahmedabad and/or the Payment Service Providers with regard to transactions covered under these Terms and Conditions and matters therein appearing shall be binding on the User and shall be conclusive proof of the genuineness and accuracy of the transaction.
